Let's have a look at the following sentence:

Romeo loves Juliet.

We have two people and two possible questions. We can ask about the subject (Romeo):

            Who loves Juliet? Romeo.           SUBJECT QUESTION

 

Or we can ask about the object of Romeo's love (Juliet):

          Who does Romeo love?         OBJECT QUESTION

In these questions the order is  A     V (Auxiliary  Subject Verb). We will use this for questions except when we are asking about the subject (Suject question).
